Michaela Anderson is accepting new client consultations for children, youth, and adults virtually. Michaela is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who approaches her client-centered and strength-based practice holistically.
Michaela has experience working with children, parents, and families to resolve conflicts and heal the nervous system. She is trained in trauma-informed care and understands a nervous system-based approach outside of traditional talk therapy. She utilizes evidence-based modalities, including play therapy, TF-CBT, MI, Strength-based, and Polyvagal theory. She is currently pursuing training in brain spotting, EMDR-overview training, and furthering her trauma knowledge by obtaining her CCTP.

- Nervous system and trauma processing
